Kelli is our esteemed “Leader of the Pack” and an integral part of the Carolina Supply team. She has been a part of the business, as well as a part of the industry, for over 25 years. One of her favorite aspects of working at Carolina Supply is the relationships she has built over the years.

Outside of work, Kelli loves spending time with her family, especially beach days with her son. She also enjoys getting outside and taking care of her horses.

Reema has been working with Carolina Supply for the past 4 years, and has over 22 years of experience in the industry. As a seasoned professional, she is dedicated to making her clients' dreams come true when it comes to their home.

"My favorite part of the job is brining my client's vision for their home to life."

When not working, Reema enjoys traveling around the world, finding inspiration for her work, as well as shopping and playing pickleball. She's also an avid sports fan and enjoys watching football and basketball.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Andrew is our Purchasing and Operations specialist. He brings a wealth of knowledge to his role, and has come to recognize that the people are what makes this job so worth it.

“The people, this industry, and specifically Carolina Supply, is like a family. Our people make the company what it is and we have a wonderful group here.”

When he's not busy with work, Andrew enjoys playing golf and spending time coaching and playing hockey with his son.

Meet Suzanne, our miracle-working, multi-tasking Manager of Accounts Payable, who has been a valuable part of the Carolina Supply team for 11 years. Her attention to detail, organizational skill, and dedication are pivotal to everything running smoothly. But beyond her impressive skills and experience, what makes her truly special is her love for the people she works with.

“We are all like family and we truly care about each other.”

When she's not busy working her magic in the office, she loves nothing more than spending time with her family. Whether it's a weekend getaway or a cozy night in, she cherishes every moment she gets to spend with her loved ones.

With over 30 years of accounting experience, Linda is our go-to number cruncher. Despite being new to the company, she has already come to appreciate the wonderful community of co-workers and customers that make every day at Carolina Supply special.

“One mindset I like to maintain is to view interruptions as opportunities to serve others.”

Outside of work, Linda continues to find ways to serve others; whether it is through daily Bible devotionals, or spending time with family. She also enjoys staying active through yard work and hiking.

As one of the first people clients usually speak to when visiting or calling Carolina Supply, Stephanie likes to title herself as the Head of Customer “Wow". She ensures that all customers, as well as staff, have the best possible experience and direct them to exactly who they need.

“Despite having worked with Carolina Supply for only a short time, I have quickly come to love the family atmosphere and culture of the company.”

When she’s not busy wowing customers, she can usually be found watching football, reading, or traveling to new destinations.

Wendy is our amazing Inside Sales professional who has been with Carolina Supply for over 35 years. Through her position, she has the opportunity to meet and interact with so many amazing people and customers.

When she is not working, Wendy enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She cherishes the moments she gets to spend with loved ones and enjoys making memories.

Heath is our Outside Sales professional, who has over 30 years of experience in the industry. His expertise will help guide you to all the right products you need. One of Heath's favorite parts about working at Carolina Supply is the fact it is a family business. He feels that the company truly cares about its employees, and that creates a positive and supportive work environment.

“Additionally, I appreciate the company's flexibility and ability to adapt to the ever-changing market environment, which allows me to serve my customers better.”

Outside of work, you’ll find Heath staying active at the gym and doing Crossfit.

Diana is one of our Showroom Sales specialists who has been a part of the Carolina Supply team for over 5 years. One of her favorite elements of the job is the opportunity to collaborate.

When she’s not helping customers find the perfect products for their needs, she enjoys a wide range of activities, varying from hiking to shopping. She also loves visiting her family and taking trips.

Jimmy has been a part of the Carolina Supply team for over 20 years. You’ll find him behind the counter at the Burlington location working with vendors and customers, making sure everything is running smoothly.

“What I love most about working at Carolina Supply and in the industry as a whole is being able to help our customers. Whether it's finding the right product or providing advice, I take pride in ensuring our customers have a positive experience.”

When he is not working, you can find him playing ball with his two boys or spending a day at the lake fishing.

Dustin is one of our Counter Sales specialists and has been a part of the Carolina Supply team for over 3 years. Although his role involves interacting with customers and managing sales at the counter, what he enjoys most about his job are the relationships he has built with his colleagues.

“I have made many good friends here at Carolina Supply.”

When Dustin is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family. He also loves to go to the beach or spend a day at the golf course.

Chris is one of our Counter Sales specialists and has been a part of the Carolina Supply team for over 5 years. With almost a decade of industry experience, he continually enjoys the opportunity to learn more about the trade and passing this knowledge on to clients.

“I’m learning everything I can and try to stay up-to-date on the industry trends.”

When he's not helping customers at the counter, Chris can often be found working outside.

Ryne is our Warehouse Manager at Carolina Supply with nearly a decade of industry experience. What he loves about Carolina Supply is the positive organizational culture and the support he receives from his bosses.

“I feel valued and appreciated, which motivates me to work hard and contribute to the company's success.”

When he's not managing the warehouse, Ryne likes to unwind by playing his guitar. He also likes to stay active through playing basketball and tennis.

Meet Luis, one of our most experienced employees in the warehouse. He has been a part of the Carolina Supply team for over 20 years. During that time he has enjoyed the opportunity to learn about different plumbing materials and work with a variety of customers.

Outside of work, Luis likes to stay busy and works on endless projects at home.

A new addition to the Carolina Supply team, you’ll find Kevin in the warehouse. While he has been with us for only a short time, Kevin has over 40 years of experience and is a value to the team. One of the things he enjoys most about working at Carolina Supply is the positive atmosphere and his great co-workers.

When he's not at work, Kevin enjoys relaxing with a cold beer and watching old movies. He's also an avid reader and enjoys immersing himself in a good book.

With over a decade of delivery experience, Micha is a great asset to our delivery team at Carolina Supply. For him, the best part about the job is collaboration and the teamwork it takes to complete their deliveries. He enjoys working with his colleagues to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Meet Darren, one of our skilled delivery drivers at Carolina Supply, who has been with us for nearly a decade. His favorite part about his job is, of course, helping customers.

When he's not on the road, Darren loves spending time with his family. He values his time with them and enjoys making memories. His commitment to family is reflected in his work, where he goes above and beyond to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
